ΔΥΠΑ: Αλλαγές προετοιμάζονται στο επίδομα μακροχρόνια ανέργων

Αλλαγές προετοιμάζονται στη ΔΥΠΑ, καθώς ανοιχτό είναι το θέμα της επιμήκυνσης του χρόνου καταβολής του επιδόματος μακροχρονίως ανέργων, τουλάχιστον για εκείνους που έχουν πολλά χρόνια ασφάλισης και υψηλό μισθό πριν απολυθούν. Για την ερχόμενη εβδομάδα μεταφέρεται η κατάθεση του εργασιακού νομοσχεδίου, το οποίο ενδεχομένως θα περιλαμβάνει και τις αλλαγές στο επίδομα ανεργίας και στην εφαρμογή της Κάρτας Εργασίας από τις μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις.

Πιο συγκεκριμένα, το νομοσχέδιο θα κυρώνει ευρωπαϊκή οδηγία για τους «όρους των συμβάσεων εργασίας» που πρέπει να είναι ξεκάθαροι, καθώς και την υποχρέωση των εργοδοτών να ενημερώνουν σε έγκαιρο χρόνο εγγράφως για κάθε αλλαγή της εργασιακής σύμβασης. Τι περιλαμβάνει Σύμφωνα με ασφαλείς πληροφορίες ωστόσο, στο νομοσχέδιο θα συμπεριληφθεί και το θέμα της αλλαγής του επιδόματος ανεργίας ώστε να συνδεθεί με τον εργασιακό και ασφαλιστικό βίο του άνεργου, έτσι ώστε κάποιος με μισθό 1.200 ευρώ να μπορεί να λαμβάνει το 50%-55% των εν ενεργεία αποδοχών που ελάμβανε ως εργαζόμενος και να μη μένει μόνο στο σημερινό επίδομα των 479 ευρώ.

Επιπλέον, εξετάζεται το ύψος του επιδόματος ανεργίας να ξεκινά κατά τους πρώτους μήνες της καταβολής του από υψηλότερα επίπεδα και να αποκλιμακώνεται σταδιακά. Υπάρχουν μάλιστα πληροφορίες ότι θα μπορούσε κατά τον πρώτο μήνα της επιδοτούμενης ανεργίας να ανέρχεται στο 80% του μέσου μισθού (δηλαδή 960 ευρώ για κάποιον με εισόδημα 1.200 ευρώ) και να αποκλιμακώνεται τους υπόλοιπους μήνες, τον δεύτερο μήνα στο 70% κ.ο.κ., ενώ να σταματά στο εξάμηνο στο 50%. Επίσης, ανοιχτό είναι το θέμα της επιμήκυνσης του χρόνου καταβολής του επιδόματος μακροχρονίως ανέργων, τουλάχιστον για εκείνους που έχουν πολλά χρόνια ασφάλισης και υψηλό μισθό πριν απολυθούν. Η Κάρτα Εργασίας, η εφαρμογή της οποίας θα επισπευσθεί σε όλες τις επιχειρήσεις μέχρι το τέλος του έτους, θα είναι ελαστικότερη ως προς την αυστηρότητα στις μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις, καθώς θα δίνει περιθώριο ενός μήνα για τις δηλώσεις στις μεταβολές στην εργασία στο ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ. Συγκεκριμένα, η διάταξη θα προβλέπει για τους εργοδότες που εφαρμόζουν το μέτρο, ανά μήνα να δηλώνουν αν επιθυμούν προδήλωση στο ΠΣ ΕΡΓΑΝΗ του τροποποιητικού ωραρίου και των υπερωριών ή θα λαμβάνονται υπόψη αποκλειστικά τα χτυπήματα της κάρτας του εργαζόμενου ως προς την έναρξη και λήξη του ωραρίου.
